Welcome to MeaningfulTee™. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Made-to-Order Model

All our products are printed on demand, meaning we do not hold inventory. Each order is custom-made once it is placed. For this reason, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was received.

We kindly ask customers to review all product information and size charts carefully before ordering.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless one of the following applies:

The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item

If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A short explanation

Do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we approve your return and receive the item (if applicable), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Refunds are not issued for:

Incorrect sizing ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Delays due to shipping carriers

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to our print-on-demand model. If there is a problem with your order (e.g., a damaged or wrong item), we will replace it or offer a refund as appropriate.

5. Shipping Policy & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print providers.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please contact us to investigate.
We require 7 days turnaround time on all orders
Items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days

Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

6. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

Personalized/custom designs
Clearance or promotional items
Gift cards

7. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
